To reschedule or cancel your appointment, go to the 'Today' page in your Liva app.

Click the three dots next to the banner with your appointment date and time, and select 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel'

Please note: Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours' notice. If you do not attend 2 appointments without notice, you will be unable to rebook and we will unfortunately have to discharge you back to your referrer. Late notice cancellations will also be treated as non-attendance.
